GM used right-side drop NP241 t-cases in the last straight axle Subs`n`Blazers.You have a left-side drop NP241,right?I know my K3500s do/did.That`s a bolt-in deal.My`91 Suburban has a NP241 Right-side/4L80E combo.

Looked it up a 4l60 had a passenger side output NP241 and sometime later on they rplaced with a drivers side output NP241. I assume mine is the latter. The passenger side output should mate right up to it then, the only thing is I will have to have electric speedometer instead of the cable operated, are those electronic?

On my`91 Burb it is electronic VSS(2) on 4L80E.I don`t think there`s anything on the t-case involved.I`ll have to check.
