Unhappy sad day

Im selling my 1972 GMC truck. It is long wheel base, 350 small block, turbo 350 tranny, holley 600 carb, holley street dominator intake manifold. 147000 miles. it runs great, and the interior is perfect, except the seat is ripped on the drivers side. I was wondering how much should i sell it for? I would really appreciate the help.
