Kick panel replacement
has anyone replaced their kick panels? If so, how'd you do it? Thanks

With difficulty.
 I cut off part of the cab support, cut away part of the floor near the kick panel, drilled the spot welds thru the kick panel into the rocker lip, drilled the spot welds thru the floor corner lip outside the cab, cut out the rusted lower portion of the kick panel, and then spent way too much time fitting a replacement kick panel. (Not to mention floor sections, cab supports, etc., etc.) You can purchase decent instructions from http://www.ebfabman.com/
