bed too high after new cab bushings?
i finally got the cab done, and i put my new poly cab bushings from gmc pauls on, and got the bed on, now the bed sits too high? what's the deal? here's pics.

are you sure you put them in the right order if i remember there's a definate front and rear differance//and did you have the proper original metal washers needed for proper install??

mine did the same, i had to shim mine to look right. I tryed moving all the cab mounts to different spots but it didnt help.

You need to shim the cab mount there should be square shims included in the cab mount kit. I had to shim my cab and box to get the lines perfect.

I dont know---that looks like an aweful lot of shims needed to make up the difference. Looks to be at least a inch or so off.

i didn't get any shims, and the fronts are noticably different from the rears so i got them in the right place... i'm going to see if i can make washer magic, i'll be back later with results.
