Type of brake system?
I have an 86 3/4ton suburban w/ factory tow package and need to replace the master cylinder. apparently there are a couple different brake systems. I looked on all the trucks tags and labels and didnt tell me what system. Does anyone know?

Dealer
It depends on what gvw you have. when i was buying brakes for my 93 i found out there was 3 different brake systems on these trucks. i have a friend that works at a chevy dealership in the parts depertment and he looked my trucks vin up and told me the gvw and what type of brake system it has.
