just going to try to post some pictures

Not very good on these F^$&@*g computers, but am going to try to a few pictures of Jim. I have owned Jim for a little over one year and bought the truck prity much as it is. I have gone through it and fixed lots of little minor things.
The body is totaly rust free and the paint is flawless. The motor is a ZZ4 crate with 355 HP. Right now it has a 350 turbo with plans to change to a 700. With a 373 rearend , it winds to tight at highway speeds. In Cal the average freeway speed is about 75 or 80. Don't know if these pictures will come out the right size so if they are too big I appoligize is advance. Not realy sure if they will come out at all.
My thanks to all the board members for all the information in there posts, I have learned much about these old trucks just by reading about what they are doing. My plans are to build a 69 Blazer 4X4 that I just picked up. Right now its a little rough but after seeing what some of you guys take on, mine should be kind of easy. I have built several cars before but this will be my first Chevy truck. Again, thanks for all the information.

Nice looking. I like the speaker enclosures. How hard is it to see out the rear with those buckets in back?

Seeing out the back window is quite easy, its those small side ones that are a little tricky

Hey i just moved to San Luis Obispo , where abouts are ya?

Tell me about CA freeway speeds i've been going from about an hour north of frisco all the way down to LA and back a few times already this summer. I just got my blazer lifted 4" too! I have a 350 and i'll push it to 75 or so.... , before that maybe 80.... , i know it'll push 100 though . Trans swap sounds good though.... that's another thing on my list of 101235123 things to do...

Very nice looking Jimmy. When you get your Blazer on the road you will have the best of both worlds on and off road. B.B.
