Beware of Tim Bolle in Minnesota
Tim Bolle, 6'2" 325lbs, Also uses names of Timothy and Timothe
Lives/works in the 'burbs of Minneapolis MN. His last know address are in Plymouth & Brooklyn Center MN. He sells truck & car parts / winches / snowplow equip on E-bay. Recently he ran a buy-it-now sale for some Warn XD9000i winches and ripped off the $$ from about 8 or 9 E-bay buyers, myself included. He is currently under investigation for Felony Wire & Mail fraud by the Plymouth Police Dept. I helped to start the investigation and have more info if any one needs it. Just e-mail me in yahoo or PM me. |

Beware of Tim Bolle in Minnesota
If I can be of any non-confrontational help...let me know. I live in Coon Rapids, a hop skip, and jump away from "Crooklyn" Center and Plymouth.
Sorry to hear about your mis-fortune.

Bigblock 73, are you aware of any 4x4 shops in your area that may be going belly-up? That was the background of most of his sales, that he has a bunch of warn winches and had to get rid of them. He delivered on the plow parts but never on the winches and some lg truck mirriors. I'm thinking that he might work for such a shop. If I can locate this bum I'll turn the info over to the cops. There is a set of chrome bracelets with his name on them.
Thanks ! jostrans68, I live south of Elk Plain along Mtn Hwy. Drop an e-mail and maybe we can get together for a cup o' joe? |

Update, Apr 05 / TimBolle was question by the Plymouth PD and gave a statement. For what the Detective says that he agreed to repay the 6 or 7 people he cheated and was going to do so within 30 days. The 30 days ran out about 3 weeks ago and Bolle moved and cannot be located. He was living with girlfriend/ex-wife since he cannot rent a place on his own (his credit is worthless) Now the case goes to the county prosecuter for formal Felony Theft charges. So far no word from the county DA.

UPDATE, 9 months later.....
Another update: Jul/Aug 05 Got a letter from the Hennepin County Attorney's office asking for a complete list of all my expenses related to this case. I filled it out and sent it back. I listed my mileage to & from post office@.25 per mile, Long distance calls, Mailing fees and Post office MO tracer fees and the total came to over $700.
His real name is Timothey Eugene BOLEY. The charges were all bundled into one case and he was charged with Theft by Swindle over $2,500. This is a more serious felony than having 7 smaller charges of Theft by swindle over $500. Since he has no prior felonies he went into the DeNovo program and must repay all of the restitution to ALL of us. Under this program the charges will be set aside for 1 year in exchange for community service, classes, probation and full restitution repayment. He only has one year to do this or the charges will be brought back on him and he will be back in court. He must pay the courts and then they will send me a check. (Hopefully) I will update this thread if anything else happens. Just wanted to say that if you get burned in a deal on e-bay or anywhere online, keep fighting and NEVER give up!! Boone its good to see something happening after all this time. Good luck with it all. ~Liz |

Ya, she's pretty cool. If I am looking to buy anything big on Evilbay I check here first. I am glad to see that justice is being served on at least one Ebay scammer. |

Is he still living in Plymouth? I work in Plymouth not that I would run into him. Only about 60,000 people or more in town.

Good luck!
BTW: It may not apply in this case but, it is sometimes not a good idea to publish information about an ongoing investigation/civil case ... a good layer can use that to demonstrate prejudice against his client and get the case snuffed. The existance of the case and the charges are public record though so that can always be relayed without concern.
