cheyenne longhorn

I went and looked at this longhorn for sale it has the cheyenne package but it is in really rough shape. someone installed a gooseneck hitch in it at some point. The floorboards are rusted through as well and the interior has seen better days. I think I'll save my money and keep an eye out for something else. I did spot another longhorn sitting in a field on my way back from my dad's, maybe I'll stop and see if the guy want's to part with it.

The guy is asking $800 for it. He has another grill for it. Did I mention someone mounted a gooeneck hitch in the bed and it doesn't have a talegate?

Hell, does it run?
If so, it's worth a grand just as a truck..let alone one of 3328 built. (or is it one of 2450 one tons?)

Longhorn - Cheyenne

I'm supposed to hook up with my buddy in CA and bring back a cab and some other parts in the late fall. At present we have a tentative deal to haul whatever I end up with in a 72 Cheyenne or Super Longhorn, BB, AC etc. I don't plan on keeping it at the moment so it could be for sale after I get back to PA. Anyone seriously interested? I will advise of the trip if and as the clock moves forward.
