Question kick panel w/speaker question

IF I were to purchase the famous kick panels with the speakers already in them, do I cut what's there right now out, and pop the new ones in the newly created space? Or do they cover the existing panels?
Gracias...

I just put them in my 69. They go over the old panels, but you have to do some cuting of the new specker panels. The cut marks are etched on the back where to cut. I had to do alittle custom triming (Vent bracket) I used glue and screws at the corners. One more thing is the dimmer switch and emergency breake have very little clearence due to the speaker sticking out.
