mike i am 90 % sure its a org. but i have never saw a org. without the letters but this one had a band on it .its real good shape.

the tailgates with the bands have letters underneath. atleast all the ones i have had did. i hope this helps

"billsbowtie" If it is indeed a repro gate, you might want to think of coming down in price. LMC and others sell new repros for about $200 plus shipping. If I didn't just buy mine, I'd make an offer on it for ya. I got mine from another board member (who shall remain nameless) and was EXTREMELY disappointed once I got it. He didn't wrap it at all before shipping so it showed up at my door with 4 dents in it and a tack weld popped on the left side so it sticks out about 3/8". I shoulda waited and got yours.....
