My exhaust (or stumps are killing me!)

A stupid stump got my exhaust (it need replacing anyways). Here are some pics of the new exhaust and the old exhaust.

Today it was my luck to have another stump take out my passenger front fender and grill.

Krue, you keed to quit 4 wheeling with a 2wd .

Looks like you'll definitely need to tweak those pipes for the blazer tank.

Looks good though.

Hay Krue I think I would walk around to find the stumps. You know it is bad when you hit the same one twice. When I was younger we had my grandfathers place cut I think I hit the same stump like five times before I marked it. I was 13 though, with my first 68.

I ain't hit the same one twice, yet. Some are hard to see cuz they have bushes growing out of them. It's hard to tell the bushes with stumps from the regular old bushes.

I do not think the tree stumps were in a highway. I am sure he was in a field.

Thanks. Every stump grinder in the southeast is working for Katrina cleanup.

That wasn't a field, it was in my front yard. Thanks to Katrina I have a lot of stumps.

Well, look on the bright side. You will not have as many leaves to rake up this fall. Hope it did not get your house. I take it none of the trees fell on your truck eather?

Nah, my house and trucks didn't catch a tree, everything else did however. I had a thread on GD showing the tree damage. One of these days I'll get a count of how many trees I lost. On just one of my 9 acres I have between 15 and 20 trees down.

Krue glad to hear you made it good thru the storm. I lost 27 trees just in my yard. We left alot of trees when we built the house and now there are only 3 or 4 left. I had a large branch hit the roof in the back and cause my ceiling to cave in in the living room. Insulation was every where and one tree clipped the front corner of the house which was very minor.

I have a sneaky feeling you knew that stump was there but I won't tell anybody. Looks great and I'm sure it sounds great.

So you think he ran over that stump so he could have a good excuse to get a new exhaust without getting in trouble with the little woman? Sounds like something I would do. Sorry to hear about your house but the house can always be fixed. I have a lot of trees on my property and I too love trees. I planted a lot of them myself and would hate to lose any of them.
