1/2-3/4 ton brake booster interchange
I need a '71-72 C-10 brake booster, and I have a '72 C-20 brake booster.
#1- Will they interchange? #2- I also have a '85 C-10 booster. Will it interchange? Thanks!

You can use the C20 booster on your 1/2 ton. Your original one is probably a single diaphragm booster and the one for the C20 is most likely a dual diaphragm(bigger) booster, so it will give you more stopping power. I used a booster from a 1972 C3500 on my 1970 C20, and it's a lot easier to stop the truck now.
