making a noise need HELP??

I have a 70 chevy 4x4 short bed and it makes this noise/vibration and i can't fiqure it out. When i am driving at about 60-70 mph and i slitly turn right it will it make a noise and vibrate. Only when turn right it does it. It does NOT do it when i am going strait or turn left though. So for i have changed the front wheel bearings and the ball joints and rotated the tires and it did not help the noise/vibration at all. So i am not sure what els to do.

Thanks for all the help James

Maybe check for steering tire rub marks around the front end stuff. Good luck.
