LS1 Swap

Im putting a 1999 Ls1/ 4L60e into my 1972 Chevy Short box. i was wondering if there is anyone else that has done this. as i got some questions for anyone that has done this swap. also if you have any pics, id be interested in seeing them. thanks

Actually, you know what? I'll take this one step farther. My swap isn't complete, so I will give you this:

I updated my gallery last night to add three new sections:

LS1 mid-swap pictures (shows ECE motor mounts and a test fit or two)
Steering teardown, rebuild and power steering upgrade in progress
Interior work in progress (took out gas tank and fuel lines to sell, removed bench)
