Will 33's rub?
Solid axle 1973-87 1 ton with 33x10.5 on 16 inch wheels.

If you're talkinh 255"/85"s they should.I had some on my 97' 2500 for a while and they fit with a little triming. I think 305"s will fit.

I have 33/12.5R16.5s on my burb, they don't rub. mounted on 8.25" wide rims.

1970 K25, 8' stepside bed 350/465/205 44 up front, 60 in the rear 4.10s rolling on 33" Dunlop MTs 1986 K5, 350/465/208 Dana 60/14 bolt from a cucv 36" Super Swampers TSL/SX 1983 K20 w/ CUCV axles, 350/700R4/208 sitting on 37" Goodyears 1986 M1031 6.2 diesel, TH400/NP205 locker in the rear and a LS in the front, all stock for now..... 1986 K30, 350/400/205 dana 60 and 14 bolt. I kept the drivetrain. Body/bad and chassis are gone. 1981 K30, 350/465/205 dana 60 and dually 14 bolt. Has a G80, and a flat bed. Going to replace the flat bed. 1985 K20, 350/400/208 10 bolt and SF 14 bolt. I wonder where I can find some 1 tons. Hmmmmm |

look in his pics. When it first comes up, at the top of the screen you'll see a link called chevy burb or something like that.

FWIW I have 34x10.50x16 8" rims on my '86 with plenty of room. But I also have heavy duty springs, 6 in front & 8 in rear so I don't think I'm stock ht.

Yea, thanks, nice burb. I'm trying to decide between some 33/13.50/16 or 34/10.5/16 tires. I'm thinking I might need to do a lift if I go with 34's or do some fender trimming(not a big deal), although it might look funny.
