Rear Bumper

Looking for a rear step-bumper that is chrome and black.
72 C10.
Needs to be able to pull a bass boat.
Any after-market ideas, or maybe a GM replacement?
Thanks

What does the boat and traler weigh?
I don't trust those step bumpers myself, I've seen too many of them rip or bend.

I too vote for a hitch instead of a bumper, on my Dads 70CST when I took the bumper off when I started the ground up the bumper was bent about an inch off at the center of being straight. And we are talking about a wimpy bumper here, this thing weighed ALOT and was made with thick diamond plate.

Just something to consider

1200 pounds plus what for the trailer?
Tounge weight don't mean anything...the total weight can rip a bumper off.
besides...step bumpers look funny. (IMO)
