Re: New Truck
I know a lot of people don't like the newer Chevys but I am really starting to like them more and more all the time.

Re: New Truck
I also traded a Suburban on a Silverado. Oh how I miss the ride my 98 2WD Suburban gave..............
I bought a 2004 2500 HD 4X4 for the Duramax. I love the Duramax but the ride on the 3/4 ton 4X4 is a little harsh. The first day we had it my wife and I were driving down the highway and stopped and picked up coffee. Well the first good frost heave in the highway and my wife spilled her coffee on her beige pants. From the look on her face I thought we were going to have to turn around and go and beg the dealer for our Suburban back! Rumor mill has it that the Allison transmission will not fit in the current Suburban body, but that it will in the 2007 or 08, and GM is considering a Duramax in a Suburban. Now that would be a vehicle!
