What options are there for inside door handles and window cranks other than stock? If you have pictures, please post them.

here's mine. Used arm rests handles power switches out of a 79 caddy.

There's also the high-tech looking billet ones. I'm still looking for something different than all those options. The stockers are pretty plain, and the billet are too flashy for my truck. I'm still trying to find something nice in between.
