does anyone have pics of dually burbs? i have seen one in real life that looked like sh*t but online i've seen one or two that looked decent. i am just looking at this as a future idea for my burb. getting a 1ton dually rear axle for my 3/4 ton burb

Hi, built one a few years ago , put a 1/2 ton body on a1ton frame and added the rear fenders from the one ton also ,was a awasome truck , but don't know how to post the pic I have of it , Slim PS tried it not sure if it worked

Yea, that THING is scarry looking with it lowered and those huge wheels and tires.

yeah, i think if a newer style dually with more curvy edges would fit would look better. I know the burbs are boxy already, but.. this really sticks out here.. If anyone has seen or has a newer style..or seen pics of a burb with newer one on it I would LOVE to see it.

Of all the dually Burb pics I've seen, the best ones use a C&C axle... that puts all the tires under the truck without any fender flares. Its more work for sure though.

i like u2's mention of the c&c axles and may look into this myself.. i figure my 3/4 R2500 should handle this no problem.

I got one its running c30 runnig gear completely and the flared gard is only two inches wide so it doesnt look as good as the one with the big flares but it is easier to drive ill post some pix soon
And i want to lower it and put one big fat tyre under is to make look like its tubbed and i need some help with wheels

that doesn't look too bad... a bit rough though and I would rather see both tires under the body... still decent...

oh ya i found a regular 86 or so 4x4 burb available for sale locally!! not sure how much just saw it at a small lot locally.

for some reason it looks like the rear axle is a bit to far forward... as if they didnt move it back properly....
I would think that just a direct swap of axles, especially with my R2500 should convert nicely... not sure if i would want the flares or not... probably not...
