Re: wtb stock carb and dist

I have a stock quadrajet that I'm not going to use on the Blazer. I rebuilt it in 2001 and put it on the truck, but took it off to install the TPI. $50 plus shipping or we can work out a place to meet. Jeff.

I have a stock intake, stock q-jet that worked very well and a HEI dist that came off of a 402BBC in my 71 C10.

I know, HEI is not stock, but it's all there. No problems with carb or HEI, motor had low compression...

75.00 plus the ride for all of it.

This is what came on my motor, it's the stock intake and fits without an adapter.

It's also what I've seen on other 402's.

I am not a stock sort of expert though, so I can't say it's truly a stock carb or not.

CG, I don't know what its off of. I will get the number off the carb and post it today. I only know when I bought the rebuild kit for it, it was a 1972 model. Jeff.

Re: wtb stock carb and dist

CG, I just looked up the model number (7042911) and that says its a 1972, 350 for standard transmission, california model. The 402 engine has a different model number. The cfm is probably different. I looked the numbers up at www.thecarburetorshop.com If you still want this one, let me know. I leave for New Jersey in the moring and I'll be gone for a week. Jeff.
