Does A/C compressor have top rear backet?

I have a 69 c10 with a/c small block. I think there should be a brace from the top rear of the compressor to the intake. Is that correct? Any idea what it looks like? Anyone have one?

I was looking in a LMC catalog and it does show one,I am trying to hook mine up allso and I cannot find 1 that hooks to the manifold.The 1 on the manifold ataches to the 2nd and 3rd manifold bolts then has an ear with a bolt hole in it for the brace that hooks to the back of the A/C compressor.The brace that hooks to the back of the A/C compressor over to the intake bracket kinda resembles the top alt. bracket only it doesn't have as much of a curve to it.LMC doesn't show the intake bracket but shows the other one for $24.95,I don't know if a big block bracket would work but they do show it for $49.95.You might try 1 of the board vendors and see if they carry them.

NO PROBLEMO Those catalogs have some great pics on how to put it back together thats about all I use them for.I saw one of the intake brackets on e-bay about a month ago but lost the bid with a little over a minute to go.It went for $10.I think I'll make my own.

I have a 72 smallblock with A/C and I have the bracket on the intake manifold but the brace is not connected. I will be taking it off and listing it for sale as soon as I pay my $25.00 and I will post som pics.
