Lap belt bolts on piller of '70? What size?

I got some lap belt bolts out of a junk 87 Chevy and they do not fit in the piller in my '70 Burb. Looks like GM changed the bolt pattern. Does anyone know what bolts the lap belts take on our trucks? Size? I need two. Thanks, John

Re: Lap belt bolts on piller of '70? What size?

Are you asking the bolt size for the upper three point mount? It's on the pillar. The lap mounts are on the floor. If you mean the mount for the upper D-ring on the shoulder belt it's 7/16 NF on a 67-72 truck. 7/16 NF and 1/2 NC are two bolt sizes that have been pretty standard for years as per FMVSS regs for seat belt mounting bolts.

Thanks StingRay. Yes, I was talking about the upper D-ring on the shoulder betts. I will check on getting a couple of these today and really appreciate the info.
