60/40 bench seat in an 82 K5?
I have seriously been considering swapping a Bench from a Newer Truck into my K5.
Let me Rephrase. I am going to be. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what will swap best? Easiest? I don't expect a direct fit or anything but would like one that I have to do the least mods to the seat frames to get to work. I was thinking a bench from a Newer Chevy,Dodge or Ford. Mine are TOAST and I hate Captain's Chairs. |

Re: 60/40 bench seat in an 82 K5?
Since you have a flat floor, anything from an 88 or newer Chevy will work just fine. Adam (Cochino) put a 60/40 bench from a 98 or so Chevy in his Blazer. I just sold mine with the seat in the back. I did have 98 ext. cab buckets in my 77 though, just had to drill a few holes.
