Eaton info

I need some part #'s for the hub bearings and seals for my brothers Eaton.I've tryed going to the parts store with the old #'s that are on the bearings and they are and won't try to look they up.I also was wondering if 9/16" studs will go right into the same hole I took the 1/2" out of.I knew at one time but I've forgotten.

Re: Eaton info

What kind of rear end is it? HO52 or HO72. Got any pictures? I have the bearing and seal numbers (NAPA) wrote down somewhere.

Re: Eaton info

It's a h072 3rd w/ Detroit and load bolt,h072 70"wsm housing,and h052 63" hubs. They all look the same,except for the one I shaved for more ground clearance .

Re: Eaton info

I've heard you can also get stuff for these axles at carquest, but napa is probably cheaper.

Re: Eaton info

Alright, I'm not at home to verify but, I had these parts boxes in my truck.
In the brake hub there is 2 sets of bearings and one seal.
Seal # 28426 (NAPA)
I'm not sure if this is the front wheel bearings or not. I belive its the rear .

Bearing & Race # 362-A and 368-A / KB-116302 (NAPA)
Bearing & Race # 382 and 388 / KD- 11786Y (NAPA)

Hope this gets it done!

Re: Eaton info

Just wanted to post up some P.N.'s.The larger bearing and race is NAPA # KD11786-Y,the smaller one is KB11630-Z or 2 I can't read the writing{they wrote it down, didn't have in stock},and the seal is 28426. The large set was $85.05 for the pair and the seals were $15.16 for the pair. They are sure high priced but they are avaliable.I also asked about carrier bearings and such for Eatons and they said they could get them.I hope this helps someone else.
