This should be interesting. Same truck, new paint. Lets see how much difference it will make with that "shiney" new paint.

It's so...yellow. I personally would rather have an old canary yellow paint job than a new construction yellow one.

Hmm looks like Longhornmail had a helping hand in the face lift of this truck

It looks like the bodyshop was about 100,000 miles away too

My vote is for the old yellow, you never know what some ppl hide behind paint.

If you read the description of the truck in the first ad you will see that there is damage to the drivers taillight area. But in the second ad there is only damage to the tailgate. The paint actually looks pretty good in the pics. I was expecting rattle can though

Since he went through the trouble of giving the motor a krylon rebuild and painting the exterior you think he would have gone through the trouble of filling the holes on the bed and getting that 69-72 trim off of there. Why's he got all that 69-72 trim on there? I bet that truck is built from a bunch of different trucks.

my question, is if you go to the trouble of having a truck painted, then do it right, remove the glass (broken anyway) and paint everything, then put a new windshield and molding in,. what a waste

Is that a Maaco paint job ????? Looks like they taped off everything that wasn't paintable and put the paint fogger to it !!! LOL

I agree with mikep ,,,,,, It's made from a bunch of different trucks. Taillight bezels look to be '69-'72 for sure !!!!

I hate to say it but I'd spend A LOT more money for that truck before it was painted.

It looked pretty clean in the old pictures. Now it just looks like a bondo/el cheapo paint special.
