hood question

I have a hood from a GMC. That will fit my 70 chevy right?

if your hood is a 69 - 72, it'll fit.
HOWEVER... you'll have 6 silly looking holes where the GMC letters were.

Ok thanks guys. It looks identical to the one on there now.

And the welder fixed those holes a few weekends ago.
