That looks sweet. Did you clear coat over the wood? And what kind of wood is that. Has a green tint to it (I'm not a wood person).

Heart Pine? They get big $$$ to put that in for house flooring. Nice touch. It's nice to see something other than oak.

Aren't you worried about the softness of the wood? I'd love to do pine, but I'd be paranoid about denting it, unless the marine varnish protects it.
