Truck Documentation
Kinda cool, Id thought Id share...
I found the original build sheet stuck in the springs of my old bench seat. It was brittle as hell, but I got my wife to go all martha and frame it for me so I done destroy it I also found in my grandfathers paperwork the original price sheet for the truck, with a business card of the sales guy that sold it to him. And the final invoice. I photoshopped the signature stuff, but I thought some guys might like to see it. Grandpa traded in his old 61 Chevy truck for only $200! Hmm, $3000 sounds high for this truck, I wonder if he got hoodwinked!

Re: Truck Documentation
I got the build sheet for the one ton, and most all the other papers from the old CST/20 Longhorn.
The only papers that the GMC came with were rolling papers under the seat. |

Re: Truck Documentation
Looks like you did a good getting it out from the seat.
I find it odd on the receipt about the "dealer installed radio". Must have not been ordered with it but the options don't list a radio suppression. You should go drive it past Ol Wayne Keen's house, see what he says! Would you email me a nice big full picture of that build sheet to roger0080@netscape.net ??? Thanks.

Think of it as a radio delete plate is standard, a radio optional. Standard equipment is never listed. |

Re: Truck Documentation
$200 trade in allowance, that's pretty funny. That is great documentation to have.
