Thats the same seller that sent me a broken ignition switch. He refunded all my money including shipping. Just be sure to ask questions before you bid.

I think this guy might have a salvage yard and just pulls parts off of old cars and trucks and puts them up for bid. I do not think he really knows what works or not. But you can have these restored for around $70.00 from a guy who restores tilts on e-bay. I got mine for my '86 from him completly restored for $225.00 with all new parts. I think he calls himself tilt something. Can not remember. But he always has some up for bid or buy it now.
