Yeah, it's kinda hard to tell. The core support shows up too much in that pic. It makes the grill look to shiney. The bowtie needs something too. Maybe a billet bowrie to match the lip on the rims....

Looks sweet Dave!
Maybe, next, put a big aluminum radiator in there, and that would make it REALLY shine.

Re: Blacked out the Grille tonight

Just remember guys..this is temporary until I get a billet type grille. Also...when I have the black wheels with chome lip it will blend in better. as well as the windows that will be blacked out tomorrow. Yeah...the flash made the grille look pretty weird, its gloss black..but i Think its really noticeable since I painted flat black behind it. Tried the grille in flat black and didnt like it.

Also..teh gold paint that was on it was horrible and chipping out and I just didnt like it hahaha

I think satin black would be the better choice. When you get the billet grill have it powder coated with satin black. It will give the blacked out look you want and not draw attention to that area as much as gloss will.

Re: Blacked out the Grille tonight

I think it looks pretty good with your paint color & I REALLY like the painted bumper. Lets see it outside at a little higher angle, they wont see the radiator support then...
