bolt pattern question
I have a 68 with 6 lug front and rear are these 6 on 5.5? Also anyone know the normal back spacing on the ralley rims I think like 4 inches was common?

yes they are 6 on 5.5 ---- my 6 lug vette ralleys are 4" back spacing. On my application --67 --- 2-2.5 inch back spacing is ideal with my 72 spindles on the front.

am I correct in assuming more backspacing means they tuck further in? I am running stock drum spindels. looking at running these rims.
think it will look nice? summit has them for 60.00. I am running 15x8 all the way around now any benifit from running 15x10 in the rear? I know alot of people do.

i got 15x10 all the way around on crome vette rally rims they sitting on 255/70r15 dayton daytona srs only difference i find is more rubber griping the road and mine will hug an curve bad side? i don't have power steering so the 10 inch wide tires an pain to get turned lol

Just ordered a set of wheels for my truck, from Summit (free shipping!). The 15x8 rallyes have a 4-inch back space. The 15x10's can have a 4 1/2 or 5-inch back space. I went with a 4 1/2 inch version.
If you go larger in diameter than 15 inch, ECE says we should go to a 4 1/2 inch back space. So, yeah. It will keep the tires tucked in a little bit for clearance at the fender lip, especially with a lowered suspension.
