I agree with the previous post. I did my rear end, it's not an easy job, and there are specs and tolerances. You really need to get the right manual and study up on the job, because if it isn't reassembled correctly, you'll be walking down the street picking up chunks of gear. Backlash and preload are critical, as well as proper torques. If your just pulling the differential apart just to powder coat axles, I would spray paint them in the housing, because it'll take some time, effort, and money to get it back together. And, you're opening a big can of worms to powder coat something that your not going to be able to see in the first place. Do what you want, but that's just my opinion.
