drain plug?

I put in a new drain plug in my oil pan last change. And twice in a month I have had to tighten it seems to be loosening up over time anyone have this problem? Any solution other than try new plug?

Did this plug have a nylon washer?
If so, it may be compressing a bit.

ya some kind of washer like nylon. So by compressed do you mean I should not tighten it very tight or what?

the new nylon compressed ... which loosened it ..... 20 ft-lbs for the drain plug .. seems like too much .... i always wince while i torque mine....
