Roll pan, license lights, 67 LWB

I installed a roll pan years ago and can't remember what brand it is, I
THINK it's a Sir Michaels but I'm not sure. I need the two license plate
lights for it, the holes in the roll pan are "D" shaped, do any of you know where I can get these?

Thanks Ron

Most any of your parts stores that have replacement lamps like tail, turn, backup, etc, should have what you need or one that sells bumpers should have them also.

The parts store has the round ones for bumpers, not the "D" shaped ones for roll pans.

Ron, that is an older Mar-K pan. The tag lites are still in stock, part number 100865. Try this link to the catalog pdf http://www.mar-k.com/rear_pans.pdf . I sometimes have trouble with the link but hopefully it will work. If not just check the partnumber on our online catalog.

I had trouble with the link also. Do these lights fit the "D" shaped hole? Thanks

Thanks, I would be very interested. I can't tell by the picture if they fit the D holes or not. I need them to finish up an expensive resto and the little details are important to me.

Re: Roll pan, license lights, 67 LWB

Ron: Sorry to be a little slow to respond. Busy doing holiday things. Yes they fit the D hole. You should have a D shaped hole and two small holes beside the D and positioned forward from the D, and spaced a couple inches apart. Those are for the screws that hold the tag light. The tag light has a light socket that extends into the D opening and there is a locating pin molded to the back side of the tag light bezel that fits into either the upper or lower corner of the D opening. You might have to trim a little from the opening that has been cut into the rear sill to get the light sockets to fit. I don't have those drawings here with me. The D opening is completely covered by the tag lights.

These are nice tag lights, and come complete with the light socket, bulbs, and mounting screws. Most people didn't want to pay the extra or wanted to use their own lights or a lighted tag frame so we phased out that system. Its still available for customers that want it.

I will ask our webmaster to look at that link. It definitely does not work on my system but does on others.
