I have this really nice set of Green sunvisors I want to sell,
but I can't get the damn things off, the only thing holding
them on it the Phillips head screw, and the whole thing is
turning when I try to unscrew it, any tips, tricks, ideas

If your talking about the visor brackets on a blazer, the backing spring nut is probably rusted off and turning with the screw. If you try and pry on the bracket while turning, you might get lucky--otherwise you will probably have to drill out/off the head of the screw.

I tried the pry with force while using a screwdriver method, didn't get lucky

Next step will be drilling unless someone adds another tip / trick to the list.

I just need the brackets anyway so the small tears dont mater

Well if you don't get them off I have a pair that I need to get rid of. I haven't looked at them close enough to know what kind of condition they are in.

No clue how to get them out if the nuts came loose.

Blazer visors have a bolt that goes through them to hold the top on????

I've had the same issue...

My cure/fix was to use an air gun.
By "blipping" the trigger the start up revolutions from the gun eventually manage to loosen the nut/turn out the bolt.

Worked for me anyway, good luck.

Try soaking your nuts for awhile with PB Blaster or similar...
