Here is the Orange truck we have been discussing.
1972 Custom, 350/4 spd, 4x4, 3/4 ton and wood floor. No A/C, radio. Uncut dash and does have PS and PB.
Just your basic work horse. Runs like a top and has never failed to start. Takes it awhile if it has been sitting ( I only drive it every couple months anyway).

Re: red71cheyenne

Thats a nice old horse Nu! I gave one like that to my buddy down where my farm is. He still hasn't done anything with it, but maybe after I retire, I can talk him into getting it restored and on the road. Someday, I'd like to have a short bed version of that.

Re: red71cheyenne

Here are a couple of pics of mine. They are a couple of years old, right after I finished the last overhaul when I was stationed in Great Lakes, IL.

Nice K/20!I`m startin`to like those things.Paint the front fenders black and you,ll have an Asplundt truck.lol.It`s cool it has the original brush guard.
BTW,what is that emblem or sticker on the cowl cap?I`ve seen dealer logos there. But,usually just one side.

Re: red71cheyenne

I forget. I will go look.
Something else. What caused this to get moved while this one is still on GD? I cannot figure the board out anymore. So many places to post.

Not complaining, just trying to understand.

Nothing personal. We try to catch them all but sometimes we don't

I just moved that one.

Re: red71cheyenne

Cowl stickers are dual, dealer, "Carroll Chevrolet, Pontiac, Stanberry, Mo. "
Never really noticed one on each side before. Carroll sold a lot of farm trucks in this area. 3/4 and 1 ton.
