Steve aka "qksilver" just left my house about 30 minits ago, what a sweet guy. He brought me some goodies all the way from N. Carolina, and even hauled away some "stuff" that had been collecting dust in the attic.

Meeting board members is COOL

I even left droll marks on it for Jodie.

Meeting members is kool. At our little Mississippi gathering about a month ago I got to meet up with several old frineds and got to meet Yank "Mike" (or should that be reversed). Anyways, I agree meet members from tthe board is really great. So far too many of them look like, me Putter and Krue.

We sure could use some of you lady board members down here on the coast. (I'm safe so far the wife hasn't seen this

)

I met Steve (qksilver) when he purchased a 72 Burb from me and then drove out to AZ to pick it up! He then agreed to buy my 68 4X4 Burb and he gave me a 67 CST as partial trade for the 68. Then I drove to NC from AZ to deliver the 68 and pick up my 67 CST SWB. He is a great guy to deal with.

Thanks for the hospitality.
I am not at my best during my road trips but I enjoyed the food and company.
I agree more women need to get involved....make it easier on us guys!
Nice burb just needs some detail stuff.....
made it home ok, but ended up loading a bed on a frame, mounting tires and wheels, then hauling it all from behind a shop down a long drive way. I love it when people say it is ready to pick up. Not a board member.
Found those patch panels and depending on what I use sheet metal wise of this cab, rust free except for a rocker, so I was told. He forgot to metion that the roof was rusted off it at the drip rails!
Does have solid firewall, toe boards and floor boards, plus a perfect A/C dash. I can't complain too much it was cheap.
