I have about 400.00 in materials. I went with epoxy primer, three color coats and three clear coats, all ppg materials. Right now the truck is stock fuel injected 5.7 but I plan to put a LS1 in her in the near future.

Nice job !!!! Where did you get that hood ? I like it .... getting ready to buy one for my 82 .... What paint is that ? BC/CC? Love the color ... can't wait to see pics of it finished ... Joe

I got the hood from GMCPaul's.

Thanks Dick, It has beeen a long road and I still have a ways to go. But with a lot of patience and hard work I hope to finish her by spring.
