Manual lockout for 4X4 IFS?
Does someone make, or is there such a thing as a manual lockout for an 88 and newer front axle? This front axle actuator on my 88 axle doesn't work, and I would prefer to have some type of a manual lockout. So, is there such a thing?

Check with a 4x4 shop. I do know they make them for the 1994-2002 pickups. Which axle do you have?

Yes, there is a cable operated one. Search for "4X4 posi lock".

GM makes an electronic one to replace yours. It is a much better settup than the original. I have installed many and they work great, it's almost like instant 4x4 when you move the lever. The stock one is Slowwwwww
