Re: Blue Dots
The blue dots that go on the tail lights. So when you hit the brakes the dots make a blue glow. I need to know what size whole saw bit to use to cut the lens.

Re: Blue Dots
Just start small, you can always make it bigger.

Re: Blue Dots
I had a set, check local laws first. some places are really sticky on that "off road only" stuff. Add a little clear silicone on the back side to seal the dot in the lens. Also drill really slowly, plastic gets hot fast and cracks easily. Also center right over the bulb itself. Good luck

Re: Blue Dots
get a piece of scrap and drill holes till you get a good fit //then use that drill bit for the real thing

Re: Blue Dots
I reccomend a Dremel rather than a drill. Maybe a hole saw but a drill bit can grab and crack the lens.

Re: Blue Dots
Always check local laws first.
I know out here they say unless it was on the vehicle or optional it's not legal. Use a variable speed drill to go slowly for install.

Re: Blue Dots
I used a hole saw instead of a drill bit and did it at LOW speed. It came out great. As a side note, I bought my bluedots from Danchuck after a recommendation from a buddy who has a 55 Chevy. The covers for the bluedots is a Chevy bowtie! Way cool! 20 bucks for bluedots is excessive but they do look nice.
