matching up discs and pads

I am working on getting my 4 wheel disc stuff rounded up. I had a quick question. Is there somewhere if can order rotors and pads that match
(for example: 72 chevy stock front discs and pads then rear one implanted from a camaro or caddy with impala rotors.)

so out of all you guys with 4 wheel discs no one has the same style of rotors and pads front and back?

I have 83 camaro rotors on back of my 67 that use the 88 S10 pads with 88 front 4wd L/D rotors. I am a six lugger.

Are you asking where you can order the parts from the same place, or if you can say use front and rear 94-5 Impala brakes on a 71 C10?

If it's the latter, it's not the easiest to do. I've been doing a fair bit of research.

If it's the former, then it's a breeze. Buy the pads for your caliper type then your rear rotors that match your bolt pattern (most rear rotors are the same thickness, from what I've found).

It is kinda the first one. I would like to get the same brand and type of pads and rotors for all 4 wheels. so i was thinking slotted rotors since you can see them. I would like them to look the same and be the same color. and i was also thinking that way on the pads. Since some pads are colored i would like them to be the same color.

Ebay is your friend. I cannot vouch for these, as I am not using them but they seem to have a ton of zinc coated rotors:

Calipers can be painted. Autozone is your friend there. Pads have a lifetime warranty there, as well.

So i guess the question would be where to get the fronts ones to match. Or what other years and makes of vehicle rotors will be the same as the fronts

To make it more clear, looks like you can open the range up on the front rotors.

Summit says 69-80 are a bolt on. I am sure there are more.

I thought that an 83 Camaro's rotors would be 5 on 4.75" bolt pattern?

Did you redrill them?
