Hey all,

I found these #'s on the base of my carb, 0258, and these on the main body, 7032750. Is this q jet a 650?

No such thing as a 650 Q-Jet. They are pretty much all 750 cfm (some are 795/800 cfm, but not on small blocks). The Q-Jet is set up so that the secondaries open based on engine demand, so there is no issue with it being "too much carb" for the motor.

I think they are 780 cfm.They are great for various displacements/hp-ratings due to the spread bore design,smaller primaries.

Quadrajet CFM is different depending if your carb is for a truck or a car. The trucks have more flow than the one for cars. I am not an expert and I am sure that there are exceptions (high performance cars) but I do know that all Quadrajets are not the same CFM.
