Has a what im told is a 252 straight six, thought it was a 292. Three speed which was originally on the tree, now on the floor. It's going to be either sold for a better driveable truck for me to get to work and whatnot, or a 350 and a 5 speed is going to get drooped in.

Re: '78 C10

lol its pretty nice, but not a super straight truck. I'll have to get some daylight pics up and it does have fender rust, some cab corner rust, a comple dents, and some bed damage, yet overall not that bad. I'm really hoping my old man lets me drop in a slightly hot cammed 350 and a 5 speed in there, im learing the whole body work curve and going as I can. I got the truck in running driveable condition for 500 bucks.

Re: '78 C10

I think that truck must have been the same color as mine at one point. It even has the same sagging passenger side windshield wiper.

If you look at the area above the front bumper thats original and the engine bay thats the origial color. I wish the whole truck had that color in decent condition but I got it with mismatching doors and front fenders. The trucks a custom deluxe but I have scottsdale fenders, rest of the truck is matching as far as I know.
