Met another board member

70GMCer stopped by my house yesterday for about an hour or so. Turns out he only lives about 15 minutes away. He's been doing some cool little mods to his truck although he didn't bring it with him. Can't wait to see it this spring after the paint work is done. It was nice meeting you Steve

Hey Tim, this summer I will have to get my truck out to Mt. Airy to the Home Depot cruise. Maybe me, cableguy0, 70GMCer and anybody else who wants to come can caravan out that way to meet up.

Re: Met another board member

I've never met Steve face to face, but I have had several phone and e-mail conversations with him, and he is really a progressive guy with a great sense of humor. I hope to meet up with him one of these days. He really helped me out on a my 'Burb Fiasco in MD. I wish ALL you guys lived near me, I would NEVER leave the garage! We should think about starting our own STATE or something! Joshexas, Lizolina or Rodanada maybe?

Re: Met another board member

K: I know the place you are talking about, it has a big rooster on a pole but I think it's actually called Rooses if I remember right. They make homemade potato chips there that I still haven't had because the machine was broke one time and they were remodeling the other.
Steve: I know for SURE that I won't be TOWING the Burb with ANYTHING that's for SURE! It wound up costing me MORE to get it home than it did to BUY it!
