Jay-dawg, I went through about 4 complete systems to find perfect parts, then I went through gmpartsdirect.com for a new divertor box (about $40 cheaper then venders) and then through www.earlyclassic.com for the hoses, and hard lines.

Nice job on the bed. I am doing mine so I have a question. Is it easier to reinstall the bed boards with the bed off the truck? It never even occured to me to do it like that. Is that the normal way?

I did it on the truck. That way everything is a for sure line up and fit. A hoist would make the job really easy.

Where in Ontario are you located ?
