GM Part# 03762180 Can anyone tell me where these go. The are a rubber bumper about with a 1/2 inch head and a insert of about 1/4. Thanks

Those were used on a ton of vehicles as bumpers in various places including license plate, hood, gas door, and camaro headlight covers. I am sure there were other uses too.
