Jimmy/Blazer windows????

Will the vent window from a 67-72 truck work in a 72 Jimmy without mod? How about the window regulator? No luck searching the site, and I found mixed answers on the net.

Re: Jimmy/Blazer windows????

All the glass from the doors foward is the same. You can use truck door windows and vent windows. I replaced one side window in my '69 with glass from a truck at a junk yard.

Note that Suburban door glass is different. I'm not sure about the vent windows on subs though.

Re: Jimmy/Blazer windows????

I guess I should have mentioned that on the vent windows, I meant the whole assembly, not just the glass. I hope your answer is still the same though.

Re: Jimmy/Blazer windows????

It is. The blazer/jimmy doors are just truck doors with the frame cut and capped.
