Still searching for another picture of rear sliding windows

I have checked over and over again with no luck of seeing any of you or internet pics with sliding rear windows. For anyone that might be new here do you have a picture of a blazer or jimmy you can post with sliding rear windows? I can't be the only one..... thanks...

Re: Still searching for another picture of rear sliding windows

Last time this came up, I think everyone agreed they were aftermarket,
so that will lower the number of units out there, yours is the first one I
ever saw, kinda cool if you ask me, if top is needed it gives extra air

Mike, no idea for sure, however someone posted here in the past that
they were available from some catalog, like Hickey, but not from them.

http://www.bushwacker.com/

I just searched the site though, looks like they no longer list our years.

Re: Still searching for another picture of rear sliding windows

they really just look like truck rear sliding windows modified to fit the blazer side window. the newer k5's actually had sliders designed for their side windows.

Re: Still searching for another picture of rear sliding windows

I saw a '71 Blazer about a year ago with sliders. These sliders had no latch so they could be opened from the outside (uncool). I wasn't able to look them over well enough to see if there were provisions for a latch which could just be missing.

Re: Still searching for another picture of rear sliding windows

yes mine do latch on the insides and taking a good look at them I really believe them to be factory made, not home made... thanks though, just remember if you do see some try to get a pic and a story.

The flares are Bushwacker 3 inch cutouts, but only my front fenders are hacked, the rears are untouched. and still clear the 40X17X15 hawgs never grinded the sheet metal yet and I've been on some twisty trails. 6 inch super lift, and 3 inch body.

Thanks again guys.... Keep your eye out...
