Sorry,
I missed the earlier post. I need some door skins replaced on a 72, and was looking for someone who can do them.

Re: efab man in charlotte/concord nc?

Hey BOSS I would really like to make more videos but as you probably know there needs to be quite a bit of interest to make it worth it. It's a lot of work. But I'm always open to suggestions.

Thanks for asking.........eb

Efab,
I bought your DVD discs a year ago. I would definetly buy any more DVD's that are related to the 67-72 trucks.

Re: efab man in charlotte/concord nc?

MDC, I still have the cab repair DVD's. I think they mean videos covering other panel repair projects if I'm not mistaken. Originally I had planned to do several, in fact I have unedited footage of door repairs, frame shortening, and fuel filler patch install that also covers welding and metal finishing technique. Just takes more time than I've had lately to edit everything and make videos out of them and there needs to be a fairly strong interest to make it worth taking the time to do it all.

RICHARD, thanks again my friend.

Earl, I'd buy more if you made them. I keep watching mine. I just pulled mine in the garage. Floor and door repair.

Re: efab man in charlotte/concord nc?

E-fab, hey im concidering buying your videos because i need to replace the rusted out rockers, cab corners floors and floor braces in my 72' and would love to have a plan!! This may be a dumb question but does this video cover the replacement of the panels with the cab on the frame? Also I do have a wire feed welder but I have to ask, do i need any other special tools as well? I dont have any body work tools so im curious to see what all i need to buy to get it done. Thanks in advance man...

Re: efab man in charlotte/concord nc?

Novaguy73 all the repairs on the DVD's are done with the cab on the frame. You will need some cutting and grinding tools and a few clamp type tools like various vice grips. Body hammers and dollies would come in handy also. Other than that, some personal protection items like safety glasses, ear plugs, and dust mask. Thats about all I can think of right now.
