Lower Control Arm Favor
I need the torq specs on the outer bolts on the LCA cross shaft. I checked my manual and ART's site but no info.
I just got my strongarms today and man are they beefy suckers. Very well built. Pretty pricey though. Anyways, they were not shipped with the bushings torqed down, so i have the spacer and a nut at the end that needs to be tightened. Thanks in advanced guys.

Re: Lower Control Arm Favor
Well, looks like I get to but some New spindles, the incident I had with some road construction forced me to cut out the lower balljoint and after 3 hours of working to try and get the rod out, it wont budge.
I shouldnt have any clearance problems with my ART Strongarms /w 3" DJM spindles and 15" wheels right? you only have to trim the LCAs for stock arms, correct? GAH! I HATE COMPLICATIONS!

Re: Lower Control Arm Favor
Not sure about the trimming. When doing the ball joints I used a press at a shop of my cousin's to get them out and in. Worked alot easier.

Re: Lower Control Arm Favor
I actually took em to a machine shop to get em out. 40 thousand pound press... Bent everything we threw at it. Sadly, time for some new spindles.
